MY STORY
Hello!
I’m Victor, an Executive and Career Coach, Tech Leader, and Nonprofit Board Member. But more than that, I believe in the power of awareness, transformation, and intentional growth.
For over 20 years, I’ve built a career in the corporate world, working in leadership roles that required strategic thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving. I love the work I do, and coaching has become an extension of that passion. It’s not about leaving one path behind—it’s about expanding my impact and helping others gain clarity, confidence, and alignment in their own careers and leadership journeys.
Through my coaching, I work with individuals who have persevered through challenges and are ready to embrace a shift—one driven by intentional
mindfulness and consciousness. I don’t just listen to what people say—I hear what’s behind the words. I listen to the heart, allowing me to tailor every engagement in a way that is unique to the individual.

. I am the proud father of three incredible children—my daughter, the oldest (and the boss), and two talented, driven boys. All three are gifted students and athletes, constantly inspiring me with their dedication and competitive spirit. I have been married to my amazing wife for 20+ years. She is a brilliant technologist who starts her day with coffee and a plan for what’s next—because in our home, we’re always thinking ahead. I am passionate about advancing and growing communities through technology and sports. Whether it’s through innovation, mentorship, or coaching, I believe in using the tools we have to create meaningful opportunities for others. I am an all-things basketball fanatic—watching, playing, coaching, and analyzing the game. When I’m not on the court, you can usually find me diving into photography, reading sci-fi, or enjoying good eats. And yes, I’ll admit—I sometimes get caught up in mindless games on my phone. I start my day with reflection and excitement for what’s ahead. I know most people run on coffee, but I run on curiosity, ambition, and purpose (okay, maybe a little coffee now and then). I find pure joy in seeing others succeed. Few things energize me more than contributing to someone’s growth and witnessing them achieve their goals. I write, reflect, and share insights on career development, leadership, technology, and global issues—because the world is always evolving, and I believe we should evolve with it. I root hard for the people in my orbit, and when I work with someone, I truly see them—their strengths, their aspirations, and their unique path to success.
